This app has a large food database that makes it quick and easy to enter meals, as well as a large list of any exercise you can think of. MyFitnessPal is also compatible with over 50 apps and devices. It is a free app, but you can choose to purchase the premium version for $9.99 a month that offers a personalized plan, nutrient tracking and no ads.
