As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Bill Murray is responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, development and most importantly talent expansion and engagement. Murray leads the Human Resources team as well as the Learning, Training and Development teams for ABC. He is dedicated to creating an employee brand that is as powerful as the ABC client brand.

Murray has over 25 years experience in developing business leaders – from GMs and COOs to entrepreneurs and Fortune 100 – through engaging learning, development, training and coaching techniques. After more than a decade as a team leader in the hospitality industry, Murray brought his systems, process, accountability, and people development skills to the fitness industry. His passion to see employees thrive is at his core.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern New Hampshire University and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.
