Q. > What are your prices?

A. ABC offers a wide range of service options. All of our pricing is determined by total billing volume and average payment size. There are never any hidden fees and ABC will only charge on what we collect, not on what we attempt.


Q. > How are you different from your competitors?

A. ABC is a "relationship company". We believe it's important to put forth the necessary investment into each of our clients to ensure their growth and success with our company. We achieve this by not only being an on-site company when it comes to training and support, but by also having the highest standards in the fitness industry when it comes to service.


Q. > Am I locked into any sort of contract with ABC?

A. There is never a contract with ABC! If for any reason you decided to leave ABC, we would never want to force you to stay. A 30 day written notice is all that's required.


Q. > How much does your DataTrak software cost? Can I purchase your software without using your billing services?

A. Our DataTrak software is always FREE. The only fee associated with the use of our software is a small monthly data storage and support fee, which is per client and not per location. At this time, our software is not available independently of our billing services.


Q. > How do I know if my current hardware is compatible with DataTrak?

A. We find that most computer systems are suitable for DataTrak, as long as they are operating on Internet Explorer 6.0 or above. We are easily able to do a hardware qualification with you to make sure that your current operating system and peripherals are compatible. Being an authorized Dell dealer, we can give you access to any hardware that you might need.


Q. > How much time does ABC spend on-site training my staff?

A. Our knowledgeable team of specialists spends a minimum of three days at your facility when you come on board with ABC, configuring your software and training your team thoroughly to ensure that you get the most benefit available to you through DataTrak. While onsite, we act as an extension of your staff, assisting them with real software/member interaction. We even return 4-6 weeks later to make sure that things are running smoothly.


Q. > How often will ABC give me my money?

A. We arrange deposit dates as often as you would like. Any time funds are available, they are available for deposit.


Q. > Do I need internet access to use your software?

A. Yes. Datatrak is an internet-based product, so all the communication in DataTrak between your clubs and ABC is two-way and changes are reflected immediately.


Q. > Is ABC Financial Services PCI compliant?

A. Not only does ABC remain on the forefront of developments with PCI Compliance, we would not be in business today without acutely adhering to these regulations. In fact, ABC employs a team devoted specifically to remaining on the cusp of evolving PCI compliance standards - for the benefit of ABC, our clients and their members. Key points to PCI compliance include protection of stored credit card holder data, password access to data, encrypted data transmissions, use of antivirus systems, monitoring all access to network resources and regularly testing security systems and processes. ABC is identified as a Level 1 Merchant (a merchant that conducts more than 6 million transactions each year). This means we must also participate in annual onsite security audits, network security scans and penetration testing.


Q. > I am in the start-up phase. What does ABC offer to help get me started?

A. ABC has several tools available to you when you are in the process of building your business platform. We will work with you closely to help you determine what hardware set-up you will need in your new facility and we will be able to provide you access to those items. We can also help you with your customized membership agreements and key tags so that, as early as your presale stage, you will have access to these tools for your new members. Plus, your ABC team of professionals has years of fitness industry experience, becoming your resource for guidance and industry insight during your business' development stage.
